Clookies Classic Salt-Coriander, Clookies Classic Salt-Pepper, Clookies Tripel Salt-Coriander and Clookies Tripel Salt-Pepper “Clookies” acquires his specific taste thanks to the carefully selected spent grain of “Gouden Carolus Classic” and “Gouden Carolus Tripel”. The unique flavor of ”Clookies” combines the typical flavor of the spent grain and the added flavors: salt-coriander and salt-pepper. The combination of these flavors makes “Clookies” a savory snack that is especially made for consumption with a fine Belgian beer. Its ecological feature is that brewers spent grain (BSG), the residue of barley malt resulting from mashing during beer production, the main by-product of the brewing industry is used in a new product.
